1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
1 1/2 cups low fat curds (dahi)
2 tbsp sugar
10 to 12 ice-cubes

  1. Blend the orange juice, curds, sugar and ice-cubes in a liquidizer.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses.
  3. Serve chilled.
