Orange banana smoothie, this yummy smoothie is just apt to pacify your mood swings. Banana imparts the required sweetness and ensure the curd is fresh because sour curds will call for more sugar.

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup fresh curds (dahi)
3 banana , peeled and chopped
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup crushed ice

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
