Cool your day by adding the Onion raita along with any meal as accompaniment. Finely chopped onion is mixed with the beaten thin curd and then seasoned with salt, chillies and peanut powder.

Method


  1. Chop the onion finey.
  2. In a pan take 3 tsps oil and add jeera,green chilli and finely chopped onion.
  3. Saute the onion till it becomes soft.add red chilli powder and coriander and just stir for 2 mins.add salt as per taste.
  4. Put this mixture in the curd.
