My mother was an excellent cook and made the most delicious dishes for all occasions, but I never took any interest in cooking or learning from her. I now regret it and this is my fault, she did write a lot of recipes for me but someone got hold of the book before me. Now I am trying to learn from various cooking sites. I am good in fish & chicken dishes, but nothing like my mother's cooking.

I am not a restaurant fan, but I prefer sizzlers (Santa cruze Kobe) & grill (barbeque Nation, Thane) restaurants.
