I am basically a researcher (biochemist) from Pune, working in the area of food science and nutrition. My current areas of research are functional foods (foods with medicinal/health promoting potential), antioxidants, micronutrients and prebiotics. Cooking of healthy foods in a modern style and presentable way is my passion. My other interests are in alternative medicinal therapies like Yoga and I am seniormost Art of Living instructor from Pune.
