Ingredients

Method
  1. Chop the mushrooms. Keep aside the liquid from the can.
  2. Heat the butter and fry the onion and garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add the flour and fry again for a little while.
  4. Add the mushrooms, half of the cheese, the milk, green chilli and 1 teacup of the mushroom liquid and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Spread the mixture on crackers and arrange on a greased baking tray.
  6. Sprinkle the balance cheese on top and bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
