Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add the lemon juice and salt and mix well. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Dry roast it on a tava (griddle) for 2 to 3 minutes till it starts giving a good aroma or microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Cool slightly, add the sugar and mix well.
  4. Cool completely and store in an air-tight container.
