Method


  1. Cut potato, tomato and carrot into small pieces.
  2. Cook all the ingredients, except cream in a pressure cooker .
  3. Cool it and run through amixer .
  4. Pass through a strainer with big holes.
  5. Boil for 2 mins .
  6. Serve hot topped with fresh cream.
