Dear Matha, I love green peas and i do make stuffed green peas parathas many a times but have never tried anything like this. i personally feel besan makes parathas a little hard..i havent tried this recipe though. Is there any other flour i can use instead of besan. i shall be highly obliged to receive a reply. thank you
