Masala Bread Idli recipe - How to make Masala Bread Idli

Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1 tsp urad dal (split black lentils)
1 big sized onion , finely chopped
2 tsp chopped curry leaves (kadi patta)
2 green chillies , finely chopped
1 tomato , finely chopped
6 idlis , cut into small pieces
2 tbsp tomato ketchup

For The Garnishing
2 bread slices , crumbled
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
    Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds and urad dal.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the onions and saute on a medium flame for few minutes.
  3. Add the green chillies,curry leaves and tomatoes and cook for few minutes.
  4. Add the idli pieces and tomato sauce and cook till the oil is completely absorbed.
  5. Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves and bread crumbs.
  6. Serve immediately.
