Combine all the ingredients except the ice-cubes and blend in a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately. Mango The King of Fruits has many followers world over. Mango lovers have devised ways and means of using mangoes, ripe or raw, in every course of the meal. The few summer months when mangoes are available in India sees most restaurants and households serving mangoes in all its glory. The Punjab is no different. Punjabis love mangoes and make the signature' aam ka achaar' with raw mangoes. Juicy ripe mangoes are used to make this delicious lassi. When mangoes are not in season, frozen pulp can be used instead. The mango pulp imparts a rich golden colour to the drink. If you wish to make this lassi in any other season you can purchase canned mango pulp which is readily available at most provision stores.
