This is a recipe I got from Mom. She would make this as a evening snack to have when we return from school. This can also be had as breakfast. You can also add some nuts to make this nutritious.

Madakkusan recipe - How to make Madakkusan

Ingredients
1 cup plain flour (maida)
1 egg
1 cup grated coconut
1 tbsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
sugar to taste
water as required
a pinch salt
Method
    Method
  1. Mix together maida,egg and salt.
  2. Add water into it and make it into a thin batter.
  3. Combine sugar, coconut and cardamom powder well.
  4. Pour a spoon full of batter and spread it like dosa.
  5. When one side is cooked, turn it upside down.
  6. Once both the sides are cooked, put the coconut mixture inside and roll it well.
  7. Transfer it to a platter.
