A raita or curd recipe with kheera or cucumber, kheeraraita is simple and tasty. The cucumber raita is healthy and cooling, a must try during summers or with biryanis.
- Peel and grate the cucumbers.
- Put in a muslin cloth and squeeze to extract extra moisture.
- Mix together yogurt, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, cumin powder and salt.
- Add the grated cucumbers just before serving. serve chilled.
