A truly refreshing raita that combines the tangy flavors of black grape and curd! Chopped black grape is mashed coarsely and mixed with black salt, jeera and chili powder. Thick curd is then mixed into it for a raita that you’ll love!

Method
  1. Put the grapes in a bowl and mash them slightly.
  2. Add the black salt, cumin seed powder, chilli powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Add the curds, mix well and refrigerate.
  5. Serve chilled.
