Simple but exciting – nothing describes kachumber better!

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate and serve chilled.

Healthy, tasty and quick to make. Kachumber is simple chopped cucumber, tomatoes and onions made tangy with addition of lemon juice. Good side accompaniment for your meals.
