Delicious jeera kalimirch ki kadhi is an innovative Punjabhi kadhi recipe with dumplings simmered in a curd and gram flour(besan) based curry which is hinted with a delectable taste of cumin seeds and black pepper powder.A delicious tangy flavoursome kadhi is served typically with steamed rice and roasted papad.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add pepper, garlic cloves, pomegranate skin(optional), red chillies and jeera.
- Saute for around 3-4 mins.
- Grind this with grated coconut and tamarind into a paste.
- Now add water to this paste as per desired consistency and add salt to taste.
- Bring to boil.
- Serve hot.
