Ingredients

26 to 28 unsweetened jalebi
4 cups hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 cup green chutney
1 cup meetha chutney

For Sprinkling
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste
1 cup nylon sev

For Garnishing
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
3 tsp crushed green chilli (optional)

Method

Arrange 5-6 jalebia in a serving plate
Pour 1 cup of curd, green chutney, and meetha chutney.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, cumin seeds powder, chilli powder and 4-5 tsp of sev.
Serve immediately garnished with coriander and crushed green chili.
Similarly prepare other plates.
Serve immediately.
