Ingredients


3/4 cup fresh yoghurt
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey
3 to 4 ice-cubes

Method
  1. Combine the yoghurt, banana, sugar, honey and ice-cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve cold.

  3. Potassium prevents muscle cramps while calcium strengthens the bones.
