Method
  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai, add the cinnamon, cloves and cardamom and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the prepared paste and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  3. Add the cream, sugar, salt and potatoes and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  4. Serve hot.
