A mouth-watering chutney that elevates the taste of the paneer khurchan wrap,to a new level of excellence. Use it as a base for any roll or simply have it with a starter.

Ingredients

2 cups roughly chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
1 cup roughly chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 cup sliced onions
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
4 to 6 roughly chopped green chillies
salt to taste

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using water as required.
  2. Keep refrigerated and use as required.

Awesome chutney! pudina is the most dominant flavour followed by coriander which gives it a fresh aroma. lack of garlic makes it subtle and does not leave your mouth smelling bad! so, a nice change! Goes well with almost anything...from idli to dhokla.
