  1. Chop paneer into big pieces and keep aside.
  2. Combine the coriander leaves, curd, salt, chaat masala, garam masala and lemon juice, mix well and blend in a mixer coarsely.
  3. Add little oil and blend again.
  4. Add paneer pieces and mix lightly and keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Place it on skewers and cook in an oven on high temperature.
  6. Serve hot.

The recipe calls for mint, but does not explain what to do with the mint or when to add it.
