Ingredients


2 cups boiled hara chana (green chick peas)
1 cup finely chopped onions
3 to 4 green chillies, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 pinches of sugar
2 tsp oil
salt to taste

For the garnish
2 tbsp chopped raw mango (optional)

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions.
  2. Sauté till the onions turn translucent and add the green chillies, green gram, tomatoes, chaat masala and salt and sauté for a further 2 minutes.
  3. Add the lemon juice, coriander and sugar and mix well.
  4. Serve hot garnished with raw mango.

Hare Chane goes great with onion and spiced with green chillies and chaat masala. A nice tangy taste comes from the lemon juice. Forms a great 5pm healthy snack.
