This smoothie is so easy and quick to make...I always make this smoothie when i have guest coming over with short notice...
The mild sweet taste of the coconut milk blends with the guava juice and vanilla ice cream and enhances the taste. I did not want the smoothie very thick so I added a little crushed ice.
