Classic gaucamole made with ripe avacados. The avacados are mashed with a fork and then blended with onions, tomatoes, green chillies and lemon juice. Every mexican eatery serves gaucamole and some of them will make it fresh at your table without blending the ingredients. Easy and quick to make.

  1. Cut the avocados in halves. Remove the centres and mash with a fork.
  2. Add the lemon juice to prevent darkening and then blend in the other ingredients

  1. Serve cold as a dip with crackers, corn chips, vegetables ect.
