Ingredients

Method
  1. Mix the curds, cream, mustard powder, cumin seeds, sugar and salt. Chill for 1/2 hour.
  2. Add the fruits and cucumber and mix well.
  3. Serve cold.

This raita is a good change than the regular raitas...they have fruits and vegetables and taste great with any stuffed parathas...
