Ingredients


For The Vegetables
3/4 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans)
1 1/2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
3/4 cup chopped spring onions
3/4 cup shredded lettuce leaves

To Be Blended Together Into A Dressing
1 cup chopped ripe avocado
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
  2. Seve cold.
