If the fish will be uncooked & marinate in it will be more tasty..

if u will add white mustard paste then it will be more tasty.

if u will marinate it min. 30min. then its good...

fish should be fresh. not frozen

Ingredients


INGREADIANT:
ruhi/ilish mach(fish): 4pcs.(app:500gm)
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
1/2 cup water
2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) paste
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
salt to taste
2 green chillies ( tear from the middle)
4 cloves garlic (lehsun) (with the skin)
4 tbsp mustard (rai / sarson) oil
FOR TADKA:
2 tbsp mustard (rai / sarson) oil
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
4 cloves garlic (lehsun)
2 whole dry kashmiri red chillies

Method

  1. First wash & drain the fish.thenmarinate with all ingr. & keep aside for 1/2 hrs.then cook it in karhahi on low flame till fish is cooked(if it need more water , then add)(fish should be marinated uncooked)then keep aside...
  2. Take musterd oil in pan add red chilli,mustard seed,garlic,& add to the fish curry...serve hot with rice
