Who would have ever thought of making a shorba out of the humble indian kadhi? i conjured up this magical soup using low fat curds, and topped it with delicious veggies like tomatoes, cucumber and onions. I’ve used ingredients like low fat curds, low fat butter, tomatoes, cucumber and onions to keep the calorie content low!
