  1. Heat the oil and saute the onion and green chillies.
  2. Add the sweet corn kernels, paneer, turmeric, sugar, salt and some water.
  3. Heat till the sweet corn kernels get cooked and then add the coriander.
  4. Remove from the heat and keep aside.
  5. Serve with dosas.
