Shape the mixture made from spinach puree, steamed corns, spice powders and chopped coriander levees as corn spinach rolls and shallow fry the rolls with bread crumbs as coating. These iron rich delicious snack item is typically paired with chutneys or sauce.
- Mix all the ingredients including seasonings .
- Make a smooth dough.shape them like rolls and toss them in home made bread crumbs.
- Roast on non stick tawa till light brown, serve on a lettuce leaf along with salad ( cucumber , tomato and carrot slices ).
- Serve with mint coriander chutney.
