  1. Wash and soak the corn, rice and dal.
  2. Soak the mixture overnight along with red chillies
  3. and cumin seeds.
  4. Grind in the morning to a coarse paste.
  5. Allow the batter to ferment till evening.Add salt to the batter
  6. Heat a tava and grease it with little oil
  7. Now pour the batter so as to make two small dosa
  8. adjacent to each other
  9. Now allow it to cook under a covered lid for 1/2 a
  10. minute
  11. Then turn to the other side and cook for 1/2 minute
  12. Apply hot chutney of your choice on both the dosas
  13. Optionally sprinkle some jaggery powder and ghee and
  14. make the dosa sandwich

Tips

    Tips
  1. Never use a dry tava to make dosa, otherwise dosa will stick to the surface
