A very simple way to boil colocassia in microwave which otherwise takes long time to get cooked.

Ingredients

2 cups colocassia (arbi)
1 glass water

Method
  1. Wash 2 cups of colocassia thoroughly and pierce them with a fork. Place them, with the skin, on the microwave turntable.
  2. Place a glass of water in the centre to prevent them from getting wrinkled.
  3. Microwave on high for 5 minutes till cooked. Remove and peel.
  4. Use as required.

Note
  1. Cooking time may vary by 1 to 2 minutes depending on the quality of the colocassia.
