The subtle and elegant flavour of coconut milk gets a funky facelift thanks to the addition of orange juice. Delight in a combo of coconut fondue with pineapple and banana cubes.

Ingredients


1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cornflour
a few drops of coconut essence

For serving
pineapple and banana cubes

Method
  1. Dissolve the cornflour in the coconut milk and pour into a pan.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes while stirring continuously till the mixture thickens.
  3. Cool and refrigerate to chill.
  4. Serve chilled with pineapple and banana cubes.
