The subtle and elegant flavour of coconut milk gets a funky facelift thanks to the addition of orange juice. Delight in a combo of coconut fondue with pineapple or banana cubes.

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cornflour
a few drops of coconut essence

For Serving
banana cubes / pineapple cubes

Method
  1. Combine the coconut milk and cornflour in a bowl and mix well till the cornflour dissolves.
  2. Pour the coconut milk-cornflour mixture into a broad pan.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes or till the mixture thickens, while stirring continuously.
  4. Cool slightly and refrigerate to for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve chilled with banana cubes or pineapple cubes.
