Chocolate Glace icing is a runny, spoon able icing that sets to a crack able surface. It is used on cupcakes and drizzled over cookies and biscuits. It’s incredibly versatile and easy to make, but don’t expect an impressive finish: as it forms a thin, matt covering with a distinctly homemade feel!
