Ingredients

3 plain parottas
2 onions
3 to 4 green chillies
1 to 2 tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped carrots and chopped capsicum
salt to taste
oil for frying
2 tsp chilli powder
coriander (dhania) leaves
Method


  1. Cut parottas into pieces and keep it aside
  2. Fry the onions.now add the chillies.
  3. Add tomatoes and then the finely chopped carrots and capsicums.fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Now add the parotta pieces.and add salt and chilly powder and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
