Here a humble chickoo is served in a royal way. During winters best chickoos are available. They are high in natural sugars, vitamin C, fiber, anti oxidants and minerals.

Ingredients

For Falooda
1/2 cup chopped chickoo
2 tbsp melted chocolate
4 tbsp soaked falooda seeds (subza)
4 tbsp cooked rice noodles
1 cup melted white chocolate
2 scoops chickoo ice-cream

For Garnish
2 tbsp grated white chocolate
4 canned cherries
Method
    Method
  1. In a serving glass, pour the chocolate at the base and add the falooda seeds and rice noodles.
  2. Slide white chocolate milk slowly from the sides of the glass and spread evenly.
  3. Add chickoo pieces and top it with chickoo ice cream.
  4. Garnish with white chocolate and cherries.
  5. Serve immediately.
