Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a broad pan, add the onions and garlic and sauté for few seconds or till the onions turn translucent.
  2. Add the tomatoes and olives and sauté for a few minutes or till they turn soft.
  3. Add the cream, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper, mix well and simmer till the sauce becomes thick.
  4. Serve hot garnished with chives.
