Cheese Bread Toppings recipe - How to make Cheese Bread Toppings

Ingredients
6 bread slices
1 capsicum , finely chopped
1 tomato , finely chopped
6 tbsp tomato ketchup
butter as required
2 cups grated mozzrella cheese
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
salt to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Take bread slice and cut it in round shape using a bread cutter.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp butter on the bread slices followed by 1 tbsp tomato ketchup over it.
  3. Sprinkle the tomato and capsicum evenly.
  4. Cover with cheese and sprinkle some pepper and salt.
  5. Similarly prepare more 5 open sandwiches using remaining bread slices and ingredients.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
