Ingredients


2 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 orange
3 drops or 2 pills saccharine
a few drops of lemon juice
2 pinches of salt
crushed ice for serving

Method
  1. Cut the tomatoes and carrots into big pieces.
  2. Add the orange segments and 1/2 teacup of water.
  3. Blend with the remaining ingredients in a liquidiser and strain.
  4. Serve immediately with lots of crushed ice.
