Ingredients

Method
  1. Boil the rice. Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate. Drain and cool.
  2. Heat the butter and fry the onion for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage and capsicum and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the rice, pepper and salt.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top and serve hot.
