  1. To mke broccoli paratha, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
  3. Roll out a portion of the dough into a 125 mm. (5") diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
  4. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook it on a medium flame, using a little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make 11 broccoli parathas.

Wow.. broccoli parathas, this a best way to include broccoli in kids diet. These parathas are very different in taste, not as regular parathas. chilli flakes Pep up the taste of the parathas, and makes it more tasty.And filling snack for kid in the tiffin.. every mother must try this recipe for their kid.. and they will surely love it.
