Bread Paratha recipe - How to make Bread Paratha

Ingredients
6 bread slices , soaked in water and sqeezed dry
2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
2 onions , diced
salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
oil for cooking
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
  2. Cover and keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.
  4. Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney.
