Asparagus and cheese make a great filling for quesadillas.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Divide the filling into three parts.
  2. Take a tortilla, put 1/3rd of the filling on it and press another tortilla on top. Repeat for the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  3. Cook on a tava (griddle) on both sides until the cheese melts.
  4. Cut each tortilla into four pieces.
  5. Serve hot.
