Lebanese people are great lovers of tea, specially the fruit flavoured teas. In Lebanon, apple flavoured tea leaves are readily available but try the following recipe to make a home-made version.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Put the tea leaves in a kettle and keep aside.
  2. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a pan with 5 cups of water and bring to boil.
  3. Lower the flame and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Strain into the kettle and keep aside for a couple of minutes so that the flavours blend well.
  5. Serve hot.
