Amla squash is Healthy squash which helps the skin and is good for digestion.
- Boil bottels ,(fill up with water ,put in big vessel full of water boil)
- Pressure amla
- Take out seed.
- Cool ,make paste in mixy.
- Pour sugar in a vessel ,add amla paste ,water just to cover it,clean foth from top of squash.
- Boil till sticky.
- Add saffon ,ilaychi.
- Close fire.
- Add sodiumbenzoite diluted in hot water.
- Bottle it.
