Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the onion paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, garam masala and tindas and sprinkle little water in it.
  4. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously in between.
  5. Add the amchur and pinch of sugar and mix well.
  6. Add coriander for garnishing.
  7. Serve hot.

Good one! A good change from regular tinda subzi. But just wanted to know...can we add a little chaat masala more to pep up the flavour?
