Method

  1. 1.heat oil in a kadhai,add the mashedpotatoes,jeera,
  2. Amchur,chilli pwd,coriander pwd and salt and mix it thoroughly.
  3. 2.take 1 cup maida,a pinch of salt,1 tsp oil and make a dough by adding water to it.
  4. 3.roll the dough into a roti ,place the potato mix on it and roll it.then cut it and deep fry in oil till golden brown and serve it with sauce.
