Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the asafoetida, cumin, chilies, garlic and ginger, mix well and saute for few seconds.
  2. Add the turmeric, coriander powder and saute for a minute.
  3. Add the potatoes and salt, cover and cook till the potatoes are done.
  4. Add the capsicum, amchur powder, garam masala powder, and coriander, mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
