I want to make frozen parada for economy. How long need to freeze parada in frozen for sell? What degree F need? What methods are can be use for freeze parada? Please.. Thanks.

Tarla Dalal    Yes you can store them in aluminium foil. But once opened they cannot be frozen again. So store in small numbers.

Tarla Dalal    Falguni, freeze your parathas. They will be hard. Then ship to the US by air and they should be refrozen when it gets there. Let us know after you have done this. We would then update the recipe for all users.

I tried same. But my paratha are not soft. What I am missing. How can i keep them soft even in lunch box.

Tarla Dalal    Hi meenu, To make sure the paratha is soft, the dough has to be well kneaded. When you make the paratha, it should not be turned frequently and pressure should not be applied or else the paratha will become hard.

Tarla Dalal    Stack them by keeping a butter paper in between and store them in freezer bags. Label them with name and date.
